What frog makes arrows poisonous?

The Poison-Arrow frog, Dendrobates azureus, are native to Central and South America. Their sweat is actually what’s deadly to humans. Local Indians collect the poison of the frog by holding the frogs over a fire to make them sweat, and then they scrape the sweat off into a jar. If they want their arrows to kill, then they dip the tips of their arrows into the jar of sweat, which is poisonous.
